— Certificate of state registration/ re-registration of legal entity;

— The certificate on statement on registration accounting on the value added tax; — The testimony of the taxpayer;

— The certificate of accreditation of the Ministry of oil and gas (for resale);

— A copy of the registration card at the place of location of the object;

— The Charter; — Statistical card (if available);

— The decision of the authorized body on election (appointment) of the Executive body

— Power of attorney for signing of the contract (if the person signing the contract acts on the basis of the Charter of the enterprise);
